Does Becca come back to life?
Played by Shantel VanSanten, Becca was revealed to be alive in The Boys season 1 finale. Having successfully given birth to Homelander's son, she had agreed to raise him in secretive seclusion and allow Butcher to think she was dead.
Despite the accidental killing of Becca, Butcher forgives Ryan because Ryan takes Butcher's side over Homelander's. When Grace Mallory's people take Ryan away, Butcher finds a potential new purpose in working for the government.
At the end of season 2, Ryan used his heat vision to stop Stormfront from killing his mom, Becca. Unfortunately, Becca got caught in the attack as well and died.
Now that The Boys season 3 has come and gone, there's no better time to look back at one of the show's most pivotal moments. Played by Shantel VanSanten, Becca was revealed to be alive in The Boys season 1 finale.
Homelander earlier had heard the story from Vogelbaum, which painted a horrible picture of Becca being torn apart by the Supe baby during birth, and the baby dying a short time later. Then, later he hears the story from Stillwell that Becca had had a miscarriage.
IIRC, she does ultimately voluntarily commit adultery (though one can question how voluntary something can be with the very literal power differential between Homelander and anyone else), but “entering a room with Homelander alone” isn't by itself a sign of adultery.
We then jump forward one month later. Jenny and Becca are back in New Jersey. The latter's ear is absolutely fine now and Jenny apologizes to her daughter for not being honest about the divorce. Jenny also promises no more secrets between them either.
Any doubts about Becca's courage was obliterated in The Boys Season 2 when Becca confronted Billy and refused to go along with his plan to free her. Becca did this because she realized that Billy hated superhumans because of what Homelander did to her and that would forever color how he viewed her son.
However, it was recently revealed that Victoria Neuman is not only a Supe herself, but she is none other than the infamous "Head-Popper" who murdered Susan Raynor, Jonah Vogelbaum, Alastair Adana, and several other members of Congress.
Billy Butcher (Karl Urban), the leader of "The Boys," began his crusade against Homelander and The Seven as a result of what happened to his wife Becca (Shantel VanSanten). When Becca worked for Vought, she was sexually assaulted by Homelander.
Is Hughie dead?
Butcher ended up being the series' biggest villain, controlled his surroundings until the very end, and by choosing Hughie to end his life, it was one final twist of the metaphorical knife into the man whose life he forever changed in The Boys comic book series.
This brings me to the speculation that Homelander was telling the truth that it wasn't rape, it was consensual sex initiated by Becca. Fearing that one day that Homelander would snap, and that there would be no one to stop him, she initiated sex with him with the intention to get pregnant.
Becca was introduced as the sister of local schoolgirl Andie Bell, who five years prior to the events of the novel, disappeared and was believed to be have been murdered by her boyfriend Salil Singh, who then apparently committed suicide.
But hands-down the most tragic backstory still belongs to Homelander. He's one of the vilest villains on television. He rapes and he murders without a second thought, filling every scene with a sense of dread. While none of that is condonable, many fans are at the very least sympathetic toward his plight.
In the comics, Homelander doesn't really have any weaknesses either. This allows him to get away with terrorizing people and rampant murder. That said, Homelander does end up dying in the comics, though it isn't Billy Butcher or the other Boys who kill him. It's actually Black Noir who kills Homelander.
In the fall of 1980, Jonah Vogelbaum called Benjamin to his lab and asked him to ejaculate his sperm into a cup so that they could study his genetics. Unbeknownst to Soldier Boy, Vogelbaum would use his sperm to create a baby who would eventually grow up to be Homelander.
This is hugely significant as in the publications, Becca's baby wasn't Homelander's, it was in fact Black Noir's, conceived through rape while he was disguised as Homelander.
Ultimately, Homelander is killed by Black Noir, who is revealed to be a clone of the powerful Supe, tasked with assassinating him should he ever decide to break from the Vought-America corporation's interests.
Carol agreed, and the four went to confront Samuel. After helping his mother get away from his father (almost fighting him in the process), Billy asked Becky to marry him. Becky joyfully said yes, with their wedding being held sometime later.
Queen Maeve Risked Her Own Life To Save Her
As he plans to finish them for once and for all, Meave throws Starlight out of a building hoping that she lands safely. She then goes on to attack Homelander with her sword, which surprisingly turns out to be a metal prop. Homelander easily overpowers her and beheads her.

Maeve was eventually killed while protecting Starlight from Homelander and Black Noir, though Homelander easily overpowered her after she struck him on the head with her sword, shattering it in the process. He then flung her decapitated head at Starlight as she flew away from The Seven's headquarters.

He is the Homelander's archenemy, who he blames for the rape and death of his wife Becky, while also developing an intense hatred for all superhuman beings. He is the final antagonist of the comic book series.
The most horrifying kill by Homelander in The Boys' comic book is likely too brutal and gruesome to appear on the television series. In issue #40, Homelander's past as a hero is revealed, as he is seen ripping apart and feasting on actual people - including a baby.

Did Madelyn Stillwell abuse Homelander?
Trivia. it is heavily implied that Madelyn molested Homelander at a young age due to him seeing her as a motherly figure, this is likely true from the Diabolical episode "One Plus One Equals Two".

Ultimately, they decide to use Clarke's list of 100 names to decide who stays in the bunker. Bellamy, Murphy, Emori, Raven, Monty, Echo, and Harper go to space to survive on what remains of the Ark during Praimfaya. Clarke sacrifices herself and stays on Earth, but her Nightblood allows her to survive.
In We are Grounders, Part. 1, Murphy tortures Bellamy and Raven, in the basement of the dropship manages to activate the door and rescue Bellamy. In the process, Murphy shoots Raven before running away.
